Constitutional amendment 221/2019 (with 8/2025 attached) genuinely advanced in 2026 and is closer than ever. But it needs 49 votes in two rounds in the Senate, and the floor vote still has no date, with the opposition filibustering.
Until that happens, the 6x1 shift remains legal and in force for everyone working under it today.
